The interesting part is that Lanza himself went to buy a rifle and was denied due to gun laws in Connecticut. Yet, he still ended up acquiring weapons through other means. Shows that laws don't work when someone is driven to commit acts such as these.

Did you notice the setting of the Today Show in that report? It was at the school. The day after.
And btw, Lanza's brother wasn't the shooter (before you link to another incorrect report).

That report is dated December 15th - the day after the killings - when facts were "all over the place", by their own admission.

Helps when the "other means" is your mother who was a "survivalist" and too stupid to lock away her guns from her nut job son.

Same reason mainstream news ignored the fact two gas masks were found at the CO shooting.
Same reason they ignored every eye witness report that saw a man open the emergency exit before the movie started.
Same reason they ignore multiple reports of tear gas coming from the opposite side of the theatre.
Same reason they play off his dad as an average Joe, when in fact he is a leading man in financial science and created an algorithm that would make bank fraud 10 times harder.
Foxnews is covering George Bush's hospital stay, telling us he is singing to the staff. They're showing Harry Reid getting into his SUV outside of the white house. It's no different than TMZ. Unfortunately, nothing is considered relevant unless it's shown on mainstream news.
