What to do with this

My wife bought me a growler of Stone 12.12.12 for Christmas. It's just over 3 quarts and as tall as a small child. When should I crack in to it? Too bad LSU isn't going to a marquee bowl and the Saints didn't make the playoffs. Lord, I may just invite a buddy over one weekend when she works and do something like watch a bunch of movies.

If it was filled right and the lid is on tight it will keep 7-10 days and about 1-2 days once open.
