Will there be a class action suit RE: Alternative fuel tax (Posted on 12/24/12 at 2:51 pm)
I filed for my credit and, despite several lawmakers recieving the $3,000 tax credit, I got a screw you letter from the State. I keep expecting to read about a class action suit for those who filed for the credit after June 14th but before the December 20th rule change. Anybody know anything?

I got mine early on before most of the hype
Mine happened to be a revision to my 2010 taxes
I got it pretty quickly and never heard another word but I remember several posters and a coworker getting the run around and I always figured the state would ask for it back
