Did we beat any playoff team besides the Falcons this year? No team in the playoffs is scared of this Saints team.

You can point to a handful of games. Pointing to just one is just helpful for people who like to summarize things in a simple way.

if there ever was a season it wasn't a single criticial loss that was the killer this was it. Goodell truly put the fix in deep enough for the odds to be stacked too high.

Take out the CEO, the COO, VPs, and add fines to restrict the budget and no company would have turned a profit. More than the bullshittedness of the trumped up case was that the punishment was far too excessive to the supposed crime. IMO the perceived or actual offense was less than the actual straight forward cheating by the Pats in Spygate. That was a loss of a 1st (two 2nds equal that), a $500K fine for Belichick (vs yearlong suspension and loss of $8mil), and a $250K team fine (vs $500K + GM suspended 8 games). No NE players or any other staff had any reprimand at all (vs. Asst HC & players booted).

at 8-7 we still would not be in the playoffs.
