Does FMJ increase damage against enemy players or just against aircraft and through walls/objects?
The description under the perk and the little green bars that it adds to the guns damage specs is a little misleading to me.

I would like to know this as well. If I had to guess I would think it doesn't increase damage to enemies. From watching videos on youtube, most of the SMGs kill between 3-5 hits.

i love getting sniped through a concrete wall by someone using FMJ 
ive been running FMJ... i like firing through objects to get that final hit to get a kill.

I was running with the mp7, and found myself losing a lot of panic, 1v1's. I put on FMJ, and have been winning much more of them. It doesn't mean much, but it feels like it did. So i stuck with it.
