I'm actually just joking. I let my brother reimburse me for it because he really wanted it. I wanted it as well, but I can't afford to drop that kinda change on whiskey. It was tempting to just resell it, but I'd rather not make money and it go to someone who really wanted it.

What'd you win? Seems like the TD drunks did pretty well considering the amount of ppl there.

No luck over here. I did get about 12 tastes of the 4 Roses and Knob Creek though. And picked up a bottle of the Buffalo Trace barrel select.

This sounds exactly like my evening (including the Buffalo Trace)...except I also picked up one of the Four Roses as well (barrel strength).

Thoughts on the Angel Envy Rye? It was $89 last night but this is another one I have never tried so wanted some thoughts on this before I picked it up.

I picked it up last night, it's a good for something a little different every now and then.
Did anyone notice the black maple hills rye? All of the reviews I've seen have been bad but I am still kinda curious.
