Bradford faces the vaunted Bucs pass defense, which is last in the league and is giving up the most fantasy points to QB's this year.
Freeman is coming off of a .2 point outing vs. the Saints.

seriously though, I would go with Bradford. I have zero confidence in Freeman at the moment.
