Fournette is the answer. He are stacked at RB. We take only Fournette next year.

Fournette brah.

You mean like seastrunk before. I never like relying on one recruit, we should have signed taylor imho. The backfield will be getting less crowded soon enough.....

2014 Running Backs
Kenny Hilliard 5-11 230 sr
Jeremy Hill 6-0 230 so
Terrance Magee 5-9 210 sr

It would be foolish to think that LSU is recruiting one back next year. It would also be foolish to think that he will come to LSU simply because he's from Louisiana.

We will offer at least three.

With the stupid talent coming into the Katy area highschools in the next few years LSU needs to make some inroads with recruits and coachs to build for the future imo. We should have made room for either Taylor, the LB or the OL prospects they had this year.

fournette and whoever else we take in 14 will likely start as freshman anyway, so its not a big deal imo....if you think lsu is making a mistake then you should apply for a coaching job somewhere since you know more than them

easy killer....im on the LF train too.....that doesnt mean the Katy area will be a hotbed for talent in the next 4-6 years.....and this will be above the normal D1 prospect numbers they usually turn out so thats saying a lot

How did LSU blow it? The coaches honored their promise to the young man, and left the scholarship offer open. I'm sorry if he feels he did not get enough attention from the coaches, but there is a limit to how much time coaches are willing to invest in recruits. And the LSU coaches must have felt that their time was better spent on other recruits.

Any running back who has any knowledge about LSU football right now should understand that LSU is loaded at running back, and that it does not extend offers to any but the best. He should have been flattered just to get the offer in the first place, and thankful that LSU kept the offer on the table despite his severe injury.

Nah, they gave his the non-commitable right now bs. I thought that he deserved just as Kwon did. Both coming off of big injuries and recovered well.

You're probably right, but there should be a one RB minimum/yr requirement. The cupboard can go from stacked to empty and suddenly your outta luck.

LSU honored it? WTF? The kid tried to commit several times. LSU is putting all their eggs in the LF basket. Hope he comes to Baton Rouge.

yeah...the 'put all your eggs in one basket philosophy'...real smart considering Saban will put the full court press on Fournette next year. acl aside, Adam Taylor is killing it in the state playoffs against very tough comp. it's a shame this went down like it did.

he is not the only one on our radar...there are 4 major prospects for 2014 showing big interest in us that are head over heels better than taylor imo
