Later the same year, Zuckerberg signed the Giving Pledge, an initiative engineered by Bill Gates asking the world’s richest to give away the majority of their fortunes.

Wonder how long they have to hold the stock, or if it will be spread out over 10-20 years.
No way he gave all the stock at once with no stipulations. Could harm his company if they sell it all tomorrow.
10-20 years that stock could be more of a burden than a gift.

Usually there is an exit strategy, for example, 25M/Year.
Biggest problem is the charity has to plan the use of the funds, sounds like ole zuckey wants to make sure it's spent well. (Smart)
