Riverdale hires West Jeff's OC

Brett Bonnaffons, Holy Cross grad, Nicholls St. walkon, former OC at Carroll, and briefly head coach at Morgan City before resigning to join West Jeff's staff.
from 2010 on West Jeff has had some studs on that O. will they cross the river and follow him? probably not but who knows? the JP balance of power is on the East Bank now both public and private. Thomas Jefferson might be the second best team on the JP West Bank
will it weaken West Jeff? Clean starts them #1 or #2 in the preseason every year, so they must have some potential. they got a tough playoff draw in Jesuit who they beat the week before in district, but one of these years, Marcus Scott has to win a playoff game if their talent really is that good. if not it's fair to say he should be on the hot seat.

I played at West Jeff in 2010 and 2011 my junior and senior years
I'm assuming that this Bonnaffons guy just arrived this year after WJ's old OC headed back to Destrehan.
I love Coach Scott, I consider him a dear friend and we talk for long periods of time when I go visit during my breaks from LSU but it's time to get over this playoff hump
Haven't won a playoff game in hmmmmmm 6 or 7 years, if he doesn't win a playoff game this upcoming year he might be gone, but hey I've been saying this for 3 years now
it sucks too because this team has talent year in and year out, maybe not St. Aug or Karr talent but talent nonetheless

The article said he left Morgan City for family reasons. He was fired before he coached a game. He didn't leave for family reasons.

Boyne, Jordan Jeffersons OC, was at West Jeff in 2010.
