There's some crazy stuff going on with the sky right now. Take the time to look up. Reminds you of how small you and your problems really are.

I've always been interested in space stuff. It's really cool if you give it a few minutes to learn just the basics.
It indeed does make you think.
I got a really cool telescope when I was 14-15, somewhere in there, and I still have it to this day. Love it.
The coolest thing I've ever seen, minus the telescope, was being on Cocoa Beach and watching the shuttle lift off. That was absolutely amazing. I'll never forget it.
One of those things you can say you did in your lifetime.
Great stuff. My bro in law has been asking about it. I was in the astronomy club when I was in the 8th grade, that's how I learned about the telescope I got.

Thanks for the 'heads-up'. Walked outside and counted 20 in just 5 minutes. Do you think that this is dust from the big asteroid that just passed Earth?

Its good to look away from a screen once in a while and see something that puts things into perspective.

I was in florida one year and caught one of these. It was awesome. I saw so many that I thought the universe was at war.
