LSU basketball HD video stream -anyone having problems?

Please respond if you are. I requested a standard stream and it works, but have to call 877.967.3267 to request for every game.
Complain to julio.buccieri@neulion.com and copy Wyatt@lsu.edu who is GM at LSU. Maybe, just maybe, they will get this fixed.

not the broadband which is 33m download. There's an issue with the HD feed. Regular feed works fine.

I never have any of the problems that some of you experience with Geauxzone.
My only complaint is during baseball season when they can't even put a graphic on the screen showing balls, strikes, and outs.
