smith and wesson model 14-3 .38 special

anyone have any experience with these pistol? found one at a local pawn shop for $200. it isn't in perfect condition, but it is a s&w revo and is pretty smooth. what would be the cost of getting it cleaned up as it has a little surface rust

I am certainly not recommending EVERY "check" in this document but there are defininitely SOME you may want to do before buying a used revolver. That $200.00 may look cheap but could end up being very expensive.
