used only by cheesers, try-hard wankers, and n00bs. threw it on a LMG and it was too easy.
likewise, blops 2 flak jacket = mw2 marathon/lightweight/commando. at least in previous COD games, you had to "activate" the flak jacket [think the blast shield in mw2].

I have never used Target Finder or Flak Jacket and never will.
15 year olds and noobs use that trash.
Hell, I don't even use a scope at all.
I remember towards the end of Blops 1, all of us good players used iron sights, same with MW2.

Bad maps + the fact that the good kill streaks are damn near impossible to earn makes for a hard time maintain a k/d that was possible in blops 1/mw3

Msmc with lazer site and QuickDraw ftw. And for the op...iron sites, no scope.
