Does this day or two of cold weather, with a warming trend after, screw up the trout bite for this coming weekend?

whats the water temp? Not sure about in LA, but in Galveston Bay the bite kicks up right before the front and then they have lockjaw when the high pressure front moves in. After a sunny few days they'll start to bite again not having eaten for a while.

I think this will only help the weekend fishing. It will group the fish back up in the deeper water. It will be tough fishing the next couple days but by the weekend I think they will be hungry again. Good luck!

I've always been told 1 day before and 2 days after are the best days to fish when it comes to cool/cold fronts. It's worked for me fwiw

Weekend should be good if you can find clean water. Tide is pretty strong and with this north wind a lot of water is going to be messed up.
