Why is it so hard for this team to stick to the run?

Goddamn man. We're running for at least 5 yards a pop on first down and go straight to passing again on 2nd and 3rd down

I agree with this 100%. I just don't get it. They are soooooo eager to go back to the pass at all times regardless of how well they are running it.

the fumbles are killing us. we were moving the ball nicely with running and passing. if we dont fumble both times, this thread ceases to exist

it's not like they weren't picking up yards on the passes. just two stupid fumbles. fumbles happen when running too

It's considerably more frustrating when week after week ghey talk about "oh yeah I think we just need to get back to the run" and then they continue to pull this crap. At this point the defense has been the only thing that has kept us in the past 3 games. Never thought I'd say that...

are you not watching the fricking game?

the playcalling isn't the problem, it's the 2 fricking fumbles after good gains that is the problem

I'm watching the same game as you. We're running the ball for over 5 yards a pop but refuse to stick with it.

Yes...because all of those huge downfield gains are working so well right now

It was first and 20. We probably should have run the ball but we didn't. Just get over it

so, we should stop throwing downfield because our receivers may fumble after a good gain.

got it.
