Mascot could be a "Little Napolean" Has more. starch then, Pelicans, Pelicans to hard to relate or connect, and sounds flimsy. Or Brass with a brass elephant mascot called "Tuba". Dont hate me this is what I do. I painted the two build boards on "Pelican Bath and Kitchen on Harahan Hwy along time ago, the logo with the pelican in the bathtub.But for some reason i dont feel Pelicans for a up striving franchise

I forgot, Louisianians went back to france along time ago. Its just Loozeeanians now. Ought to change the french quarters to SOME OLD HOUSES qusrters
