Did anybody watch this, and did you like it?
I remember watching it but I don't really remember much about it. I remember an old player struggling internally about taking steroids to beat out a young guy. And I also remember a big roided out crazy dude raping a chick

Show was awesome... It's too bad the NFL made a stink and got it pulled.

HBO should pick up something like this. It was good, but HBO would make it incredible.

HBO has done some amazing dramas. I can't believe they haven't done one centered around sports. I think it would have a massive hit if done correctly.

Football theme would probably be best. I'm thinking a playmakers/coach type hybrid.

actually just watched some episodes on Youtube the other night.

I also enjoyed the original series Tilt. Almost liked it as much as Playmkers but I like football more than poker.

Wild & Crazy Kids host Omar Gooding was the young 1st round RB who loved smoking crack.

Damn. Did not realize it debuted that long ago.

It was a great series. Too bad scumbags at NFL headquarters shut it down

The LB reminded me of Urlacher.

The QB reminded me of Favre.

DH's character never really reminded me of a current player at the time

I thought it had moments of brilliance, but overall this show was terrible.

Spoiler

The black QB who beat them in a "street game" and ultimately ended their playoff hopes later on..

Reminded me of Mike Vick. Dude broke a 70 yard run to get them into the playoffs.
