If the government wasn't running around trying to put half the country in jail for drug offenses, we could be focusing on effective treatment programs for these unfortunates, at a fraction of what we're paying now.

From what I see the weak are mostly (but not all) people who are manic-depressive, schitzophrenic and will not take the shitty prescribed Rx's to help them so they turn to pot and meth.

I agree that happens, but it's a small portions. We have alot of disabled, freeloading leeches in america who can do anything they want, except work or pass a drug test to work.

It looks like Gollum in his mid-transition from the elder race of hobbits to the species of Tolkiens books. In a CSB manner, I have a friend that grew up on the walkways of Oxford and knew Tolkien IRL.
