Sounds like fools gold to me. With only 146k jobs added that is a strong indication of a shrinking labor force and a laboring economy.

And another half million shredded from the work place. I want the employment rate to go down as much as anyone in the WAshington but not like this.

Not bad, but not an indication of a full recovery. Still, the economy is slowly improving. Some in Congress seem to be doing their best to make sure they come close to fricking it up in order to score political points for a lost political cause.

Construction jobs lost: 20K.

Nonseasonally adjusted parttime employment is up.
If every month was December, our U3 numbers might even drop to 150% of the previous administration's average.

I predict we will double dip regardless if we go with the president's plan or the GOP's plan due to two key factors, 1. Obamacare taxes will start to kick in removing ~$100B from the economy and 2. Europe and China are headed for worsening economic times. The latter is beyond our complete control.

You'll have to mine the data yourself however it's pretty easy because it's downloadable in excel format.
Also FED FRED is a awesome website for all types of economic data.
