Selfishly, I hope he grades out around there when he asks the NFL his possible draft position. That's late 2nd/early 3rd round. He should absolutely stay if that's where he's going to get taken.

Really, if you're not a first rounder, you shouldn't leave early unless you have serious financial issues.

This is probably a little too low as of right now, but you never know how it will pan out. Minter is a guy that looks great on tape, but its not like he has been a stud in the past. Limited game tape that looks great. He needs to come back. He will definitely be a high second or a first barring injury.

There always seems to be some that stay. Spears and Webster came back. Dorsey in 2007, Montgomery this year.

Love Bennie and his play at LSU, but he is not a 3rd or 4th round selection IMHO, late round is more probable.

This is painfully wrong.

Chad Lavalais = 5th Round

He was a "tweener", didnt have a for sure NFL DT position at the time. Undersized to be a 1, too slow to be a 3.

RJF = 7th Round

He really didnt play all that much. Made big plays, but this was no shocker come draft day.

look, we All have (or think we have) some kind of inside scoop, if you go back and look some people are proven right or wrong over time...I do not often say with 100% I "know" something because like many of you I rarely do...however, I know this one...he wont be back...

I will say one thing. None of us no with 100% certainty ever, because the kids don't even know for 100% sure. They change their minds as often as a woman which I have no issue with. Just don't try to act like you know with 100% certainty that it is going to happen, unless of course, you are Tharold Simon. In that case, I think you should stay Tharold, being a 3-5 round draft pick isn't worth leaving early for. Could come back and be a top draft pick in 2013 with a solid season.

Kyle Williams and Chad Lavalais were drafted in the late rounds because of their size.

Logan has much better size for an NFL DT.

Reid should come back. If he doesn't - no big deal.

Reid and Mingo need more seasoning. Not ready. Need to keep Bennie. If we keep Minter that's huge.
