College coaches have to have personality to get recruits, woo mothers, and give men someone that they'd want to have a beer with.
NFL coaches are better off being quiet mastermind types, Those who at least seem like they are deep into thought and can not be disturbed, and any disturbance is terribly, terribly annoying.
this about sum up how you should start when looking for a new coach?
