Even though Decker has struggled the past few weeks I still think he's the safer bet. I think it's safe to say Decker will see more targets than Jones but Jones is more of a big play threat who a score big just of 2 or 3 catches a game. It's close but I'd roll with Decker.

I decided to start Decker and make a choice between James Jones and Hilton on Sunday.

I'd go with Hilton. He's been a monster and has emerged as one of Luck's favorite targets. I should have scooped him up when I had the chance.
