Carolina's run defense sucks and Turner has been decent running lately, plus he has goal-line chances almost every game..but that being said, I always feel really uneasy starting him.
Moreno is unproven, but he's been good lately and any 1st round talent RB with Peyton as his QB is gonna have some chances to bust some big plays. And the Oakland D sucks a lot too.
I'd say go with Moreno, but don't be surprised if Turner gets a couple scores
