Coaches who have been out of work

these guys lose attractiveness after a certain time. would you give these guys a shot? Does it hurt them they have been out of the game a while?

Maybe a little. I am sure they have been learning and paying close attention to college football and waiting for an opportunity.

I get that. But why go after the coaches that are out of work is the question. There may be a reason they are out of work.
