Pretty impressive roster lists. Surprised to see some higher profile SEC commits like Brazil and Claiborne listed. Should be an entertaining game.

Hopefully for some of those kids they can do enough to get an offer from somewhere. There are some good players in that game though.

I didn't realize that Jimmy Williams was coaching at Episcopal.

On a side note, and because I don't feel like this deserves its own thread, when do all-state and all-district teams start coming out?

All-District has been done for a while but only some district have released the info.

On topic, I have some family playing the bowl. Looking forward to it!

Edit: They really need to tighten up the roster page a bit. Some pretty obvious misspellings and wrong positions listed for some.

I hope they do. It gives kids who play for bad or small teams a chance to compete with more equal footing.

I'm rooting for all the guys, but go Black Knights. That's the team I played on, and my school seems to always be on.

I think it's kinda funny how they lump schools onto one team.

Knights has the all kids from:
Catholic
Parkview
Episcopal
U High
Dutchtown
East Feliciana
Southern Lab
St. Amant
Woodlawn
East Ascension
Silliman Institute
Plaquemine
Lutcher
Capitol
Catholic High-Point Coupee
Brusly
McKinley
St. Michael

Riders have all the kids from:
Central
Zachary
Dunham
Walker
Pointee Coupee Central
White Castle
Loranger
Broadmoor
False River
Istrouma
Port Allen
Livionia
Scotlandville
Baker
Denham Springs
Live Oak
Northeast
Springfield

I went to Catholic and played on the Rough Riders. For some reason they put all the Catholic guys on the rough riders for like 2 years now its back to what it was.

eta: That website is very poorly put together.

It's very poorly done and contains some error as I mentioned above.
