Agreed. Who cares? We weren't even top ten last year, but look how great that class is doing already.

Don't measure a dick while its soft, wait for it to become hard since that is the state it will be used.

In other words, don't worry about this.

Well, with all the certainty of the "Bama Bumps," you pretty much had to speculate that they would jump us. I'm not really surprised, nor disappointed. We'll be all right.

Not worried about it.

We have a ton of commits that can increase their ranking in these all American games.

The media Bama bias is real.

The recruiting Bumps are the lowest on my lists.

I am more bothered by the fact that: Only Bama cannot win thier division and play for a Natty and media actually acknowledge nothing wrong with this. Florida should play ND this year using this logic with 5 wins over the BCS top 12 to Bama's 2 wins over the top 12.

Only Bama can field the entire SEC office with graduates, i.e. head of referrees and head Scheduling official. The Head scheduling official gets to screw everyone else in the conference with Bama's annual walk through the SEC East playing KY, Vandy, etc...

I hate the cheating bastards, but you have to take it for what its worth. They win, but cheat the system doing it. It's fits their character traits perfectly.

These reasons are also why LSU fans need to back off Les. Saban would not be half the coach he's viewed as if he didn't get special treatment from officials, the schedule, or getting an undeserved rematch.

2 decommits brah. We'll finish no lower than 5 and if we land a few of the big fish still out there we'll be top 2-3. One thing we all should know by now is not to star gaze with this staff.

Well, it's hard to get too mad about this considering what Bama puts on the field every year.

Agreed as well...I don't put much stock in "rankings" when it comes to recruiting. Every player we sign is either a stud or a player our coaches believe will fit well in our system. And LSU excels at fitting players in to our system, hence "lower ranked" players that Excel for the Tigers

But it does look good when we land one of those top classes tho...it's more or so just something to boast about....As long as we keep on winning, I am fine...Put it this way, I wouldn't want to be Texas pulling in top recruiting class after top recruiting class and finishing with sub-par season after sub-par season.

Rivals is somewhat like picking a stock in the market to follow. It goes up and down depending on who is evaluating. It only makes a difference when you buy or sell. Football analogy applied: when they sign and what they do on the field in actual game play. the rest is just total speculation. sometimes it's right and sometimes .. Oh well you get the point.

The only difference is that last year, LSU was the #1 team and played a UGA team that really didn't have a legitimate chance for a Natty. Bama being held out due to finishing 2nd in the West benefitted them even though their divisional opponent won the SECCG due to UGA's lower ranking.

This season, Florida was out no matter what. The SECCG paired the #2 and #3 teams together, so that it basically proved to be a semi final matchup for the Natty. If Bama wins, they are in by maintaining the 2 spot. If UGA wins, they jump Bama and are into the 2 spot and the championship.

Completely different circumstances.. and wouldn't you know it.. it didn't go in our favor.
