Since you mentioned places closing...anyone heard that Western Sizzlin was shutting down? Just heard this last night. Not that I eat there regularly, but still interesting.

It has been dying on the vine for some time, and I too have also heard it will be closing soon, Cashio Catering, the parent company of WS has opened a catering venue in the old Cabaret on 621 and 44, I assume they will shut down WS as soon as they get that place organized.

Went to WS a few weeks ago for lunch, got a grilled chicken breast, salad, baked potato and it was $17....will not go back

I agree with this. It's been quite some time since I've been, but I do remember going as a kid. Back then I thought their burgers were good

My memories as a kid are why we went after my son's soccer game one day. It was certainly not the same.

Bump.

Passed Rocco's Prairieville this morning. Looks like new signage for something different. Couldn't tell what, though.
