Chevrolet.com says they start at #39,080

Why on earth would you pay $30k for a base model. That much money for cloth seats and no options? Pass.

I actually would think you could right at $30k, but we are talking base model. Cloth seats and probably something stupid like non foldable bench seats. Not with it.

May look for a 2012 or 2011 used with less than 15,000 miles
FWIW, I hate leather.
