Go on the Department of Motor Vehicles to get you a bill of sale. Make a few copies so you can have one for yourself and the buyer. Outside of that and the title, that should be all you need.

What city are you in?
ETA: If you are in Denham Springs, there is a place where you can do the bill of sale, notarize, everything in one place. You pay a $25 fee and they go to the DMV for you. It's called Denham Springs Notary on Vincent Road.
