Processing Escabeche (Posted on 12/3/12 at 3:20 pm)
With the warm weather my japs are still producing pretty strong and I have carrots that are ready. I've made the stuff before but never put in a canning bath. I use 2:1:1 carrots, japs, onion ratio and a couple of garlic cloves in each jar. Anyone with any knowledge on this?
