No common law marriage, no alimony/palimony.
just contractual agreements, you are mine and only min for 1 year(otherwise, refund)
with prostitution legal, the cost of a woman would go down (like drugs if they were legal)
so I'm just wondering what an average woman would cost per year (ot5-6/irl7-8)

Wouldn't they decide what the cost would be per client. I imagine if they do gross fatties, the cost would be higher than a normal decent looking John.

You are coming at this from the wrong angle.
No man would pay for exclusivity in that scenario. in fact, the cost of a man would go up dramatically if prostitution were legalized. In other words, women would have to invest more resources in men and be more willing to capitulate to men in
order to remain competitive

Exactly.
Once decriminalized and especially once the taboo dissipates, on of the fairer sex's greatest value propositions to men would become less valuable. This would be drive by all the easy alternatives to fulfill that demand.
Women would have to bring a lot more to the table.

many don't want theirs to be with others....until they get another.
I am just wondering , how much women would want, to be a kept woman for a year?
she can get poked by 3-4 different dudes a day at 30-40 each, and then have to pay her bills....or she can be with one guy, who takes care of her expenses and gives her spending money.(how much is the question)

Correct. If a question has to be asked of this scenario, it's "how much could an ot6/7 expect to make each year?"

OK, now that's a bit different because that implies that the man is still getting it elsewhere. I originally read your post as implying exclusivity.
I imagine the rate for kept women would be dependent on what she brought to the table in relation to the current marketplace.
I'd imagine a middle class lifestyle would be the bare minimum required.
But again, I don't see the appeal of having a kept woman in a true sex free market.
