If there is ever a place that feels as though time has stood still, DeRidder, LA is that place. Feels like 1970 still.

My home town of Franklin. Looks like it from the future. Hardly any white people and most of the businesses on main street are closed.

Gonzales just got the 90s in 2009. On the plus side, 20-something year-old chicks all know how to jitterbug and know every Wilson Pickett song even if they don't know who Wilson Pickett is.

Helena/West Helena/Lexa, Arkansas. It's a time machine to 1992.

Natchitoches, LA has that same kinda feel to it. So does Natchez, MS in a lot of parts.

Nothing like a nice cross burning to make some people feel nostalgic.

If you're using a REAL time machine there wouldn't be any mall. There'd be a vibrant shopping district downtown
