Miles Bowl record at LSU

2005 Peach Bowl-W
2006 Sugar Bowl-W
2007 BCS Championship-W
2008 Chick-fil-A Bowl-W
2009 Capital One Bowl-L
2010 Cotton Bowl-W
2011 BCS Championship-L
Other than the no-show in the NC game, Miles has had his team well prepared for bowl games. The sloppy field was the main reason for our Cap One loss IMO...I think we will crush Clemson and springboard that success into a NC season for 2013!

Oh, except for that 2012 bowl.

Says the dude that is now a Notre Dame fan all of a sudden just because you spite another coach that is going to rip the Irish a new one

I don't know if you really remember the field conditions. It was a muddy, sloppy, mushy, excuse for a field. Players on both sides said it was the worst they had ever played on. PS emerged on top of a sloppy turnover filled game. Had we played that day on a normal field, LSU would have won, that is the point I was trying to make.

If that is what you call someone that supports his team, supports a coach that wins, supports a coach that his players love to play for, supports a program that continually competes for NC's, then, by all means call me a sunshine pumper. I bleed purple and gold and can remember many many bad days with way worse coaches than Les Miles.

that field took away our biggest advantage. if you can't see that then perhaps you should try watching tennis or professional bowling

I think the biggest reason(s) for the Penn St. loss were Charles Scott was out, and Keiland Williams was out. If they were not injured, we win that game. Richard Murphy was out, as well.

This certainly did not help.

We still had Ridley, Holliday, Shepard, Lafell, and Randle...the field took away our speed advantage.

I am far from a pumper, but that field hurt us big time.

Problem is that we are still second best in our division.
