was starving on the way in from New Orleans the other day so I stop in at the one on Highland Rd...service was fine and food was hot and pretty good...however the lettuce was wilted....didn't really have time to complain at the time...so I sent them a brief email...I get a phone call the same day apologizing for the food quality and a free coupon the next day....pretty impressed with that.

I've never had "crisp" lettuce at a fast food joint.
