When he should stick to sports. Do you think the same will happen to Costas?

Course not. Libs are justified in employing a double-standard because the morality of their ideology is superior.

He'll get a prime time slut on MSNBC.

If you think the two comments were remotely similar, other than they are arguably "political", you're being silly. Expressing a simple opinion on gun control (which does not a statement about a specific person) doesn't equate with comparing the President to Hitler.

Rush's statement was less political, he merely attacked the Philly media for having a slobfest over a mediocre quarterback...

I left the room and when I came back in I thought somehow the tv was changed to MSNBC. When you agree with the libs all is good, if this what a right wing viewpoint you wouldn't hear the end of it. Anyone hear any of the national media making a big deal of what Costas said last night?

Now, what you fail to realize is that hank never compared Obama to hitler. He said boehner playing golf with Obama is like hitler playing golf with nethanyu. That's an analogy expressing his view of the absurdity of the 2 men playing golf. How do you even know which is hitler in this analogy? Boehner or Obama? If I say my siblings are fighting like cats and dogs does it imply one of my siblings is like a cat and one is like a dog? Your opinion is preposterous. Honestly I think Costas opportunism in regards to politicizing this event to a regulatory end that is on it's face ineffectual and in terms of our personal freedoms, dangerous, is much much worse.

Uh, yeah, I heard ol' Hank's explanation. Nevertheless, in both Hank's and Rush Limbaugh's cases, they were referring to individuals. Costas merely referenced the issue of gun control, as controversial as it may be for some. There is a difference between taking a position on a general issue and commentary about a person. If you don't see the distinction, then you're on your own.

Meh, Rush's comment was way less controversial and it actually had something to do with sports. His comment was not directed at an individual; he was lambasting sports media. Rush, in his position on the show, was supposed to talk about issues like that. Costas simply used his platform to express a personal opinion.

There was No commentary about a person in hank's analogy, he was commenting on what he felt was an absurdity. If you can't see that, then you can lump yourself in with the lemmings.
