I had a conversation about this game last week so I went look for it, sure enough there is a PC download version on Amazon for $5... Figured I'd share if anyone else wants a throw back game for pretty cheap, it's been a great finals week distraction for me  LINK

They actually have a bunch of Sega games on sale including a pretty cool Sonic pack.
