I really still don't understand why people think the sky is falling and this is the worst thing that ever happened. The lsu fan base is just full of dramatic pussies.

The Chick-Fil-A Bowl isn't a second tier bowl.
If you're playing in a bowl game in December, you're not playing in a very good bowl.

It ain't, but it's the worst case scenario that LSU was looking at IMO.
Bowl games are a reward for the season, and this one is kind of a fizzle. People will get excited a week or so before the game.

Please see the Heart of Dallas Bowl on New Year's Day...the BBVA Compass Bowl on 1/5 and the GoDaddy.com bowl on 1/6...
It doesn't really matter anymore. The Cotton is nicer though now that it's at Jerry World now.

Nah, didn't get a great deal. However, we're still a top 10 team, ans a good win would hopefully boost our final ranking. That certainly won't hurt our recruiting.
