Does anyone ever remember seeing a Ryan Mathews highlight in the NFL?

For that matter, has he ever had a legit RB1 performance in his NFL career?
This guy is the biggest piece of fantasy fool's gold I remember in all my years of playing fantasy football.

Pretty frustrating to have a highly drafted RB1 on your team who does not play on 3rd down, and is pretty much benched any time his team reaches the red zone (when he's not out due to some sort of injury). I rolled the dice on this dude pretty big in two leagues this year, and it looks like I'll be paying dearly for that terrible decision. Fantasy blacklist time.

He was the #8 back in 2011. I was really big on him going into last year. Was not worth the price this season. Always gotta buy low, sell high.

2011: Helped me win my league.
2012: Stayed away like the plague from him, Fred Jax and McFadden and it paid off. Had the chance to draft all 3. Took Lynch and Gore instead, profit.
