I watched the whole thing. The only things I disagree with are his bomb Iran puffery and his characterization of what liberals envision (even though that was hilarious).
But, he's right. We do not have conservative candidates that believe it and articulate it sharply, passionately and without fear. HW Bush didn't, Dole didn't, W Bush didn't, McCain didn't, Romney didn't.
