I plan to rock this name long after Drew is gone. People will doubt him. And his own fans will villainize him. And his city will forget him. And his team will lose him. But I will never forget nor lose faith in Breesus. The man. The myth. The legend.



One day years from now, when im a crotchety old man, a kid will throw his step-dad's autographed Drew Brees ball in my backyard, and he'll come knock on my door and ill smile. And ill tell him to come in and take a seat and ill tell him some stories about that ball. And ill give him my Superbowl Champions team autographed ball and tell him he can have it if he comes back and listens to my stories of the Saints glory days.



Remember kid heroes get remembered, legends never die.

And if you were talking about changing the nickname of the man himself, i think we should change your name to Thomas.
