Must be good. Last Friday the line at the launch was to the highway. I've never had a "great" trip in the lake itself. The fish are always nice, and you usually get a mixed bag, but as far as tearing up the specs in Lake Decade, I must not be doing it right. Much better luck in lower Dularge for me.

I am headed down at lunch and hope to get a few hours in the afternoon. I usually have to drift. They never seem to be schooled up in the lake. I took this week off last year and caught over 400 in DeCade.

5 minute boat ride from the marina. I only use plastics under a cork. A few little canals to fish b/w lake and marina that hold trout, reds, and bass. There are better spots further from the marina but its hard to pass up decade. I may head to lost lake tomorrow because i heard some really good reports. It is about 20 minutes away from decade.
IDK how the duck hunting has been everywhere else but my buddy said this year and last year are the best he can remember. Said he took Wednesday off becuase he and his dog were tired
