After the 0-4 start and considering we don't have our head coach I had honestly pretty much considered any success this season lagniappe. I was still fully invested, but i learned to just stay realistic. But we kept building wins and I started to believe again. Brees and Vitt kept talking about their new commitment to the run and it showed just enough for me to actual get back into true hope. But when it comes to game time, the offense is so erratic and predictable; I just can't understand how horribly ineffective we can be sometimes.
I know mathematically were not out of it yet, but I just think its too much to keep just expecting things to fall in place for us to make it in.
PS: anyone who dares continue to heap on the insults to the defense are out of their mind. After the first two TDs, they held Atlanta to only 6 points in 2.5 quarters of play. But of course we couldn't do anything but throw to the other team.
