The list goes on and on... and on some more. Each word/descriptor for each qualifier always gets replaced by something else later... and each replacement seems to always get reassigned down the road.
Tolerance is important. But the cycle is endless and stupid! Agree?

I always thought that visually impaired and blind are different levels of severity. Same goes for hearing impaired and deaf.

I have no filter at all and call them what they are. I haven't said African Americans if probably 20yrs. If you are a black guy, I am gonna say,"Hey look at that black guy" just like they would do to a white guy. (8% of them don't care at all
FWIW, if you call a gay a fruit, they don't like it

There are those that get mad at it, yes.
Oh, just btw... this all started when I re-saw that video of the new born baby on YouTube that got the cochlear implants and could suddenly hear, and it was VERY obvious how happy it was. There was a huge contingency of people that got MAD that the baby got the surgery... citing that he was perfect just how he was, and that it is OFFENSIVE that people felt the need to "correct" is impairment.
