I fapped to Hunter Bryce the other day with no problem. Look at it as honoring their memory by enjoying their work.

Try watching pornstars that weren't born in the 50's. Chances are they won't die so often.

I usually don't bother with learning that much about the pornstar. Really, if you think too much about pornstars, who they are or what they are doing, it can be a pretty big turn off in general. I keep it in fantasy land.
