A scammer in BR would purposely bring his "service" dog into places and try to get thrown out so he could raise hell and get something for free.
His disability? He was partially deaf in one ear.
He tried to blackmail businesses into paying him as a consultant to bring businesses up to code for disabled people. When he tried to do it to my wife's business I called him out on it and never heard from him again.

I'm not reading the link..... But a service dog has to wear a vest with a badge of sorts stating what it is. So, if the dog doesn't have that it's not legal. One of my parents bullmastiffs is a certified service dog. That fricker gets to ride front row on a plane! Scares the shite out of people!
