Liberalism is built entirely on a foundation of hypocricy. They cry out all kinds of "isms" where one particular group of people are wronged by white men.
What is interesting is when you realize that all the liberal solutions to these wrongs involve white men having to do something. To me this is the ultimate form of elitism.
I recently had a feminist argue with me about how women are paid less than men for similar jobs because white men run most companies. Using her own argument, the only way women can "achieve" equality is if white men grant them equality.
If a woman feels like she is being underpaid, why not go start her own company and hire and pay who and what she wants to? Some very successful women have done this in the past. If there is inequality, its obviously because there a lot of men out there who believe women cannot do the same job as a man as effectively. If this is the case shouldnt women be motivated to prove those people wrong?
Why is it the responsibility of the white man to right all these wrongs? Is that not the ultimate form of elitism?

I work for a woman-owned company with only one male in my office. It's such a better environment because my boss doesn't believe in killing us for slightly more money. She's all about flex time and perks that make the job easier to balance with how we spend the other 16 hours of our day. And it helps us be very efficient.

It is everyone's responsibility not to be a sexist, racist a-hole. If you believe it's okay to pay a woman less for doing the same job as a man then kindly go frick yourself in a fire.
If the woman is objectively less productive, then by all means pay the more productive worker more.

This is more or less the vehicle in which we are force fed socialism.....and not all liberals are like that. You can take advantage of emotional or insecure people that way.

Not all liberals. This is more or less prevalent in the disfunctional urban cores in the northeast, mid west, and south. A liberal from Chicago (like our president), Memphis, New Orleans, or Detroit is not the same as one from Boston, Seattle, or San Fran.

I'm not saying sexism or racism doesn't exist, but she's obviously using it as a crutch. Lots of people throw around "sexism" or "racism" to justify the achievement gap that is so obvious in America. It's much easier than actually addressing the real causes of the achievement gap.
The same person might look at a transitioning neighborhood in a large city and see massive urban decay and automatically blame "white flight" on racism instead of trying to understand real reasons why those people left in the first place or why it is so important that they not leave in search for Galt's Gulch in the suburbs.

No its not. If you own a business, its your responsibility to run an effective business. If you keep running off good employees because you dont pay them fairly, you are not going to stay in business very long.
Even though I dont agree with racists, sexists, etc I still think they should have the right to feel that way without the thought police getting after them.
The point of the story is, if you think your situation sucks, go do something yourself to make it better. Why is it up to the (apparently) all powerful white man to right all of societies wrongs?
