Just Tried This Black & White Bean Chili recipe for Lunch...YES

1 tsp pure canola oil
1 cup diced onion (i went half white/half red)
16 oz drained/rinsed black beans
16 oz drained/rinsed navy beans
1 tsp cumin
4 oz green chilies
6 oz tomato paste
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
saute onions in oil for around 5 minutes. add broth, beans, chilies, paste, and cumin. stir and bring to boil. reduce to low heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. stir occasionally.
i added some shredded mozzarella and cheddar on top with some small avocado slices. delicious.
makes 6 1 cup servings.

I've made a similar recipe with black beans, kidney beans and corn. And salsa. All good.

That does sound really good.
