I've looked into it some and haven't really found anything great.
Any ideas? 
Also, what is the standard price range I need to be considering?

I went to vista print and made custom mousepad for them. All of them were funny as shite. And I got some customized bottle openers

I gave knives. I've received knives as gifts as well. Leathermans work good too.

I got mine money clips with an engraving as well as a keychain.
The wife got each bridesmaid a bag with their initials embroidered onto it.

Gifts I actually use are ice chests and Duffel bags
If they are lsu fans, Sam's has some awesome lsu rolling ice chest for $30 (even though tounces is on it)
