In case you didn't know.
It can:
Hack equipment
Capture care Packages (even through rooftops)
Steal and hack enemy care packages
Steal a teammate's care package
It can also destroy enemy score streaks such as shooting down aircraft.

haha, yup.
it's pretty fricking sick. i typically just don't have the patience to run it. shite will cause havoc on gametypes where equipment is spammed. CTF/Search.

I love the black hat. Its very useful paired with engineer in a DOM match. I'm hacking shock charges and betty's left and right.

It's also complete fricking bull shite.
Nothing made me rage harder than that fricking thing. Why, you ask?
Because mother frickers on my team can cap MY care packages faster than I can, deeming it their care package. I mean WTF?
Took a couple days of it continually happening to realize that piece of shite was the reason they were capping my packages so fast.
So now I run it and I love it

I had a promise that I made with myself when it kept happening to me. I would note the person who did it, and just follow them around the entire match shooting at them.

Taking out offensive scorestreaks is not easy. It takes two to bring down a chopper. shite will tear you up while its hacking. Need good cover. Sentries and guardians along with other"red"equipment are easier because you canhack from another room entirety!
